I just got back today from a short over night at Red river gorge with Jason. We left early Saturday morning. We had planed on checking out Auxier Ridge but once again it was packed, however most of the other hot spots were not busy at all. Probably a good thing with the limited daylight. We arrived with just enough time to get set up and eat before dark.
I took some gear that I haven’t used before since it was heavier, but with this short trek it wouldn’t be a issue.
